POS MATERIAL POLICY

With its opennning order, the retailer receives the necessary material for the visual presentation of the collection according to the standards established CŒUR DE LION. The photos and dimensions of the countertops that will be used for the installation of CŒUR DE LION products are necessary in order to determine the number of displays required. This is intended to optimize the visual presentation in the showcases.

For an opening order of $ 3500.00 minimum, the retailer will receive 3 small display units # 9401-94-9700 including a 25x25x5 cm base plate with rear display, a small white bust, 2 acrylic earrings stands, one bracelet plate. Also, eight acrylic earrings stands, six bracelet plates will be added. This represents approximately 7% of the total purchase amount of the openning order.

If a retailer decides to increase the space devoted to CŒUR DE LION, an additional order must be made to fill the additionnal space.Optimum Importation will offer the additional presentation material free of charge up to a maximum of 7% of the amount of the new order. Pictures and dimensions of the space will be needed again to determine the required displays.

If a retailer wishes to purchase additional CŒUR DE LION, P.O.S. material, he may use up to 50% of his accumulated COOP on only one occasion. The total amount of the accessories will be deducted in full from the COOP. Thereafter, the balance of the Coop may only be used for promotional purposes to promote the CŒUR DE LION collection or to purchase the small seasonal catalog.

For example, if the retailer bought $ 10,000 in 2016, he has accumulated a $ 400.00 Coop and can therefore buy for $ 200.00 of material without spending any amount whatsoever. The amount of Coop allocated is always applicable on the previous calendar year and not the current year.

All CŒUR DE LION presentation items provided or purchased must be used exclusively for the displaying of the CŒUR DE LION collection. Under no circumstances should they be used to promote any other brand or product line.
