PucesPAYMENTS POLICY

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Wire transfer. All orders are payable in Canadian Dollars.


Optimum Importation reserves the right to change the prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of prices at the time of making the order, subject to availability on this date.


The articles delivered remain the property of Optimum Importation until paid for in full.


PucesDELIVERY POLICIES

Articles bought at Optimum Importation will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. The total delivery time for the order is the moment at which the order was placed until the time it was received. Allow between 2 to 7 business days.


Shipping times are approximate. Optimum Importation cannot be held responsible for for shipping delays via Canada Post.


Most of the products presented on our Webiste are held in inventory in our warehouse. However, we cannot guarantee the immediate availability of all our products, even if our Website shows that a particular product is available. In the remaining case, a representative will get in touch with you to confirm the availabilty and delivery arrival dates of the selected product.


PucesSHIPPING COSTS

Delivery charges are calculated depending upon the weight and shipping terms (standard, Xpress Post, priority courier).


We also offer you to provide your own carrier. In the latter case, you must advise us the name and account number.


PucesDAMAGED SHIPMENT

If a package should arrive damaged or partly damaged, it is the retailer’s responsibility to make the approach to reach out to the carrier for any claim.
