REIMBURSEMENT POLITICS


All sales are final.


Return requests for reason of damaged product upon delivery or manufacturing defects. Only the price of the item(s) bought will be reimbursed.


The authorization from a Optimum Importation representative must be obtained prior to returning eligible product. You can contact us via email at admin@optimumimportation.com. The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition and in its original box and packaging.


We reimburse only the merchandise’s cost.


We reimburse the cost of return if one of the following problem occurs:


PucesIf you receive the wrong item, we will replace it with the selected item and will co-ver the shipping fees if the article is returned within the 7 days following the date of reception.

PucesIf the item has a a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it and pay the shipping fees if if the article is returned within the 7 days following the date of reception.


Please note that any returned product arriving damaged or incomplete, without the original packaging will not be credited. Make sure that you’ve included all the parts of the item and the packaging before sending it back.


For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your article(s) via Post Canada. Make sure to have a delivery confirmation.Optimum Importation inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for theft, losses or damages, however caused during the return of the article(s).

Once received, allow two (2) to (3) weeks for the credit application. All refunds shall be made in the same way as the original payment method.
